But beware - they don't always serve the same drinks. Can't get a mint frappucino here at all.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06950448336879028108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-22903014418847207292011-07-04T06:50:42.889-04:002011-07-04T06:50:42.889-04:00So exciting!!! And definitely no Starbucks. So jealous!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00365448256600738711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-83098654080165998702011-07-04T06:01:28.510-04:002011-07-04T06:01:28.510-04:00Question, why only 5 bags? I guess having PX makes a difference in packing and having APO you can send last minute must haves and it'll get there in a reasonable amount of time.Pryor Adventureshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10714730361516084934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-16192221475642012262011-07-04T02:40:24.973-04:002011-07-04T02:40:24.973-04:00Woohoo! I -never- eat McDs when we are in the States, don't even like it. But overseas? It's one of those 'home' things I think.Heather Drayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02626528258840556614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-50500756863584201892011-07-03T23:33:52.564-04:002011-07-03T23:33:52.564-04:00Our cats moved to Cairo via a pet transport compan...Our cats moved to Cairo via a pet transport company and they handled it just fine. We loved our time in Cairo and I am sure you will too! Starbucks is NOT the best cafe in town either try Cilantro in Maadi when you get there :) Hope all your travel goes safely and smoothly!Conniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03667481504650498976noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-52757799085180826032011-07-03T23:05:53.658-04:002011-07-03T23:05:53.658-04:00We seriously considered this, but were concerned a...We seriously considered this, but were concerned about what to do with the dog. What do you do with your pet in another country on a layover? Can they go to the hotel or is there an issue with them leaving the airport? Because honestly, I think I'd prefer to split the travel into two days if possible!Heather Drayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02626528258840556614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-352804874271718195.post-3845663174173073852011-07-03T23:02:17.521-04:002011-07-03T23:02:17.521-04:00Sounds wonderfully exciting, especially since you ...Sounds wonderfully exciting, especially since you have so many things already sorted! Safe travels. I know direct is great with small ones, but to consider taking a layover at some point on one of your travel legs. We have done this, make a layover in Paris, Amsterdam, or transit country of your choice. Because you are flying economy you rate one night layover. Extend that a few more days and make it a vacation break to adjust hours, get out and explore, walk, and when you make the second leg of the trip you are actually refreshed and landing on the ground running at your final destination! Think about this option when R&R comes up next!Nomads By Naturehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06893950431543999751noreply@blogger.com
